Air fryer nachos seemed like a bad idea until I actually tried them
I spent years thinking nachos had to be done in the oven or they'd get soggy, but my sister made them in her air fryer last month and they came out perfectly crispy in like 6 minutes. Has anyone else been surprised by a recipe that actually worked better in the air fryer than the traditional way?

My air fryer nachos came out so good it actually made me mad that I'd been doing it wrong for years. I had a whole "I'm a failure as an adult" moment standing in my kitchen eating them off the parchment paper like a gremlin. The cheese melted perfectly without burning the chips, which is more than I can say for my attempts at microwave nachos back in college.
