Air fryer basket liners, convenience or a waste of money?
I was at a dollar store in Tulsa last week and saw a whole rack of those perforated silicone basket liners, figured I'd grab a pack for 3 bucks. My wife swears they're pointless, she says the food never gets that crispy bottom that makes air frying worth it. But I tried them on a batch of frozen mozzarella sticks and the cleanup took like 20 seconds instead of scrubbing the basket for 10 minutes. So which side are you on, liners that save your sanity or just another gadget that messes with the air flow?

Wait, people are really out here having arguments about air fryer liners? I mean, it's a 3 dollar piece of silicone, not a life decision. Sure, the crispy bottom thing is real, the airflow does get messed with a little, but if you're cooking mozzarella sticks, you're not exactly chasing gourmet texture anyway. My wife says the same thing about mine, but honestly, I'd rather give up a little crisp than scrub cooked-on cheese for ten minutes. Seems like a pretty easy trade to me, but maybe I just don't take my air fryer that serious.
